Many may not see the need to pray just because things are now well with them or they are living in abundance. Prayers do not mean that you are desperately in need or you are in want but prayers are expressed in two different ways. There are prayers expressed in praise and there are praise expressed in prayers.
The scripture says, in Luke 18: 1 that, “Men ought always to pray and not faint”; 1Thess. 5:17 says, pray without season. A praying person is like a hot frying pan that insect can not perch but a non praying person is the dung bin of the devil. If you are not praying you are playing no two ways about it.
Now that you are on earth, this is when you can pray because after here every good and beautiful prayer you pray will never be answered. Example is from the rich man who died and saw himself in Hell Fire as recorded in the Bible book of Luke 16:19 – 31. he prayed four good prayer points but non was answered. Now that you have the opportunity to pray, pray to God now. If you don’t have any thing to pray about just begin to appreciate God for His goodness and Mercy over your life.
Some of the reasons why you must pray are as follows:
-Because there a God that answers prayers.
-Because there is a God that created you.
-Because God is the source of your life.
-Because you can’t help yourself.
-Because everyone born into this earth is of few days and full of many sorrows.
-Because not every body who professed to be your friend is really your friend but many are fiends.
-Because no other source of help than God
-Because man is helpless and meaningless if God is absent.
-Because God alone knows the whole realm of man
-Because God is the only one who gives and cares about you.
-Because God alone can deliver you from all bondages and problems
-Because prayer the source of strength every one who loves prayers
-Because God alone is the one who can fight for you and you will never be a looser.
-Because God alone is the one who can give you all that you need in life.
-Because God alone is the one can make you be whom you want to be in life
-Because God alone can prolong your days
-Because many people don’t want you to become whom you are today
-Because many wished you die before your time
-Because many people wished you poverty
-Because people wished you sick
-Because the devil who is our chief enemy don’t want you any good life since he was deprived of it.
-Because many wicked people are every where seeking for whom to devour.
-Because you need grace to survive in this terrible world of wickedness.
